Dandeli

Dandeli is a picturesque city set amidst the backdrop of the Western Ghats (about 100kms from belgaum). It is a natural habitat for wildlife. Safaris in Open jeep into the Dandeli wildlife sanctuary accompanied by trained naturalists are the best way to view wildlife here. It is home to big cats such as Tigers, Leopards, & even Black Panthers, Elephants, Gaur, Deer’s, Antelopes, many kinds of reptiles & rich variety of Birds. It is also a perfect place for White Water Rafting. Off late it has become a hot tourist spot and attracts many local and foreign tourists all the year around…

I and six other frns (pavan, swapnil, nihar, deepak, Omkar and Roopesh) had planned to experience it. It was a 3day trip. We stayed in tents surrounded by thick forest, went for safari, Trekking, had a trilling Jungle experience.

And will run into pages if I write in detail. I tried to write it in brief but still it was very long. So I think these pics are self explanatory.. What say?

It's been a long time since I felt this way
